Has anyone heard of the NextEngine 3D scanner? It seems like it would kind of defeat the purpose of a lot of what we teach here at Ex’pression College for Digital Arts. Although, I can definitely see obvious benefits of such a product. Any thoughts?https://www.nextengine.com/

IT is a fantastic product only limited by the size it can scan. I dont have one (yet) but do have a Faro laser Arm Scanner. A lot of the work in these roducts is not scanning but manipulating the data when you have captured it.

This is like a dream product by the techno giant . I like the way they are really getting into the highest intensity of the technology !
