Motion Graphic Design students had the special opportunity to work with a real client as part of their Motion Graphics and Sound coursework. The students divided into groups to work on a movie title design for a feature film by James Savoca called, “Around June”. A design proposal was selected by the feature director, who then invited the students to his studio to re-enact their concept idea of shooting the effects of colored ink in water-reminiscent of one of the main character’s passion for drawing and watercolor, which we also see on the first shot of the movie, and then re-shot it in High-Definition. Kudos to all who participated and congratulations to the lucky students whose work was selected.(Chanda Arnett, Jennifer Smith, Chris McCard, Corey Redfield)
